An update.

At the end of the day, what we all want is for the best people to come to Web3 to build with us - our friends and all the talented people we know.

Unfortunately, we know a lot of talent that remains on the sidelines due to dim view of Web3 that’s driven by the many skammy PFP projects and NFT cash grabs that have become too common. As a result, many remain skeptical of what’s possible if these new financial tools are used productively.

We need to show them better examples!

Over the course of many months of experimentation, we’ve clarified a vision for what we plan to build in Web3 and are excited to organize ourselves around the dopest creatives, innovators, and pioneers we know.

What are we looking for? Good people who are excited to create next generation infrastructure for the music industry. Building in this way allows Phlote to foster a community of partners with high ethics who are biased towards action.

Our only rule is: ONLY GOOD ENERGY ALLOWED.

This Friday, we’ll begin to “Phlote” our most talented friends into Web3. These are the toughest artists and creative visionaries from our expanding network - leaders who will be core contributors to realizing the full potential for Phlote as a fully integrated discovery network powered by humans, not algorithms.

Thus far, we’ve built amazing partnerships with some of the leading Web3 platforms including Mirror, Catalog, Glass, Zora, Partybid, allowing Team Phlote to have access to some of the best tooling available for creatives in blockchain.
